【公告】資訊服務入口網改版暨帳號密碼安全措施調整公告-調整日期:115/11/2

各位師長、同學平安：
資教中心將於 115 年 11 月 2 日（星期一）實施以下系統更新與安全措施：
一、新版資訊服務入口網上線
因應 Google Chrome、Microsoft Edge 等主流瀏覽器將陸續停止預設支援 XSLT 網頁轉換技術，現行資訊服務入口網部分功能將受到影響。為確保服務持續正常運作，資教中心將提前完成入口網改版，並於上述日期正式上線。
二、強化帳號與密碼安全管理
為強化身分驗證與帳號安全管理，依據 114 學年度第 1 次資訊安全推動委員會會議決議，將實施以下三項措施：
（一）帳號鎖定：連續登入失敗 5 次，帳號將暫時鎖定 15 分鐘。
（二）密碼變更最短間隔：每次變更密碼後，須間隔至少 60 分鐘，才能再次變更。
（三）密碼歷程限制：新密碼不得與前 3 次使用過的密碼相同。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
The Information and Instructional Technology Center (IITC) will implement the following system updates and security measures on Monday, November 2, 2026.
1. Launch of the Upgraded Information Services Portal
Major web browsers, including Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, are phasing out default support for XSLT, a technology used to transform web content. This change will affect certain functions of the current Information Services Portal. To ensure continued service availability, IITC will launch the upgraded portal on the date specified above.
2. Enhanced Account and Password Security
To strengthen identity authentication and account security, the following measures will be implemented in accordance with the resolution adopted at the first Information Security Steering Committee meeting of Academic Year 114 (2025–2026):
(1) Account Lockout: Accounts will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes after five consecutive failed login attempts.
(2) Minimum Password Change Interval: After changing a password, users must wait at least 60 minutes before changing it again.
(3) Password History Restriction: A new password must not match any of the previous three passwords.
